含钒矿经焙烧后由硫酸浸取,并调pH至2-4后,用离子交换树脂吸附富集,钒收率高,药剂使用量少,而且对环境污染少,最终钒产品的品质高。因此树脂法已经在钒的生产中得到了广泛的应用。SQD-816弱碱性离子交换树脂是苏青集团集多年研究而开发的一种提钒专用树脂。它有很高的钒吸附容量,钒工作吸附量可达200g/L以上。而且对钒的选择性高,并容易洗脱,洗脱液中钒的最高浓度可达200g/L以上。从而对以后的沉钒和钒的进一步精制带来极大的方便。
After roasted, the Vanadium ore is leached by H2SO4 solution and control the final pH at 2-4. Then, the leachate is passed though an ion exchange resin to adsorb and recover the Vanadium. By using this process, the Vanadium recovery rate and quality are high, the chemicals consumption is low, the waste water generated is also small. SQD-816 is a weak base exchange resin, developed and manufactured by Suqing Group based on many years investigation. It has a very high Vanadium capacity (up to 200g/L). It is highly selective for Vanadium. The maximum Vanadium concentration in the eluate could be as high as 200g/L. This will make the thereafter processing much more convenient.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
SQD-816一般是多柱串联使用(3-4柱),在第一个柱吸附饱和后,用12-15%的氢氧化钠洗脱吸附的钒。水洗至接近中性后,再用稀硫酸转成硫酸根型,然后再水洗至pH3左右即可。
SQD-816 is usually used in mode of multi-column connected in series (usually 3-4 columns). When the resin in the first column is saturated, elute with 12-15% NaOH. And then, wash with water close to neutral. Thereafter, pass diluted H2SO4 to convert the resin into SO4-form and wash with water to pH 3. Then the resin is ready for re-use.
