1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是重要的化工原料,用途非常广泛。其生产中间体1,4-丁炔二醇(BYD)是由乙炔在复合催化剂催化下和甲醛反应而得,反应液中除含有产物BYD之外,还含有大量的钙镁离子、硅酸根、甲酸根、色素以及其它有机无机杂质。在脱水浓缩之前,需要将这些有机和无机杂质脱除。所用的离子交换树脂不但需要具有较好的机械强度,较高的交换容量,而且要具有很强的抗硅污染和有机污染能力。苏青集团经过多年研究,开发出了较好的离子交换树脂组合SQ-610 / SQD-211 / SQD-701,用于BYD料液脱除杂质系统,不但脱除效果好,处理量大,而且使用寿命长。
1,4-Butanediol (BDO) is a very important chemical raw material. It is widely used in many areas. To produce BDO, the intermediate 1,4-butynediol (BYD) is produce by the reaction of acetylene and formaldehyde in the presence of complex catalyst. In the reaction solution, besides BYD, there are still many other organic and inorganic impurities, such as Ca2+, Mg2+, SiO3-, HCOO-, some coloring materials and other organics. Before being concentrated by dewatering, the impurities must be removed first by ion exchange resins. The resins used must have not only high mechanical strength, high capacity, but also high resistance to silica fouling and organic fouling. Suqing Group, after many years research, developed the suitable ion exchange resin combination of SQ-61 / SQD-211 / SQD-701. Used in the BYD impurities removal system, this resin combination has the advantages of high efficiency, high capacity and long life time.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
在经过SQ-610 / SQD-211 / SQD-701树脂组合处理后,BYD料液将被净化。但出料的电导率或pH值超标时,树脂需要再生。树脂再生时,SQ-610用3-4倍树脂体积的4-5%的盐酸,SQD-211和SQD-701则分别用3-4倍树脂体积的4-5% 的氢氧化钠,均45-60分钟从上到下通完。然后用去离子水冲洗至中性即可。
After the combined treatment of SQ-610 / SQD-211 / SQD-701, the BYD solution will be purified. When the pH or conductivity of the effluent is over the required limit, the resins should be regenerated. To generate SQ-610, 3-4BV of 4-5% HCl is passed through the resin bed from top to bottom in 45-60 min and then the resin is rinsed with DI water to neutral. To generate SQD-211 and SQD-701, 3-4BV of 4-5% NaOH is used respectively. And then do the same as those of SQ-610.
