用离子交换树脂从氰化电镀废水和氰化金矿浆中回收金、银的工艺,是目前最为有效和广泛使用的方法之一。D301-G是一种大孔结构的弱碱性离子交换树脂,对氰化电镀废水和氰化矿浆里的阴离子金、银络合物,有很强的吸附能力。具有吸附交换容量高(饱和吸附容量是活性炭的4倍以上)、机械强度大、化学稳定性好、抗污染、抗氧化性能优越,还具有选择性好、交换速度快,易洗脱和可以再生循环使用等特点。
Using ion exchange resin to adsorb and recover Gold and Silver from the Cyanide electroplating waste water and Cyanide pulp is the most effective and most widely used method. D301-G is a macroporous polystyrene-based weak base exchange resin. It has very strong affinities to cyanide gold and silver complex anions. Its capacities for Gold and Silver are very high ( over 4 times higher then these of Activated Carbon). And also, this resin has good mechanical strength, good chemical stability, good organic fouling oxidation resistance. The resin has high selectivities for Gold and Silver. And finally, the resin has a good dynamic property, can be easily regenerated.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
D301-G树脂一般有两种使用环境,一种是含金氰化液是经过过滤的清亮溶液,这是树脂的粒度选为0.4-1.25mm。另外一种是含有矿砂的氰化矿浆,这时树脂粒度选为0.8-1.6mm以便于树脂颗粒和矿砂颗粒分离,也就是RIP。
因为氰化矿浆或氰化废水一般成份都比较复杂,树脂会吸附金银的同时吸附少量其它金属离子,因此树脂吸附饱和后解析也一般分两步进行: 首先用低浓度的硫氰酸铵(约10g/L)和氢氧化钠(约10-20g/L)解析树脂吸附的铜、锌等重金属。然后,再用较高浓度的硫氰酸铵(约200g/L)和氢氧化钠(约5g/L)彻底解析树脂吸附的金和银。
根据工艺的不同,在重复使用之前,树脂还有可能需要进行盐酸或氢氧化钠处理。
D301-G resin is usually used in two different cases: one is that the cyanide liquid is already filtrated and clear. Then the resin’s particle sizes should be 0.4-1.25mm. Another is the cyanide pulp, which contains the ground fine ore particles. The resin’s particle sizes then should be 0.8-1.6mm to separate the resin beads from the ore particles. This is also call RIP process. Because cyanide liquid usually has a complicated composition. The resin, besides adsorbs gold and silver, will adsorb small amount of other metals as well. So, the saturated resin is eluted usually by two steps: First by diluted NH4SCN (about 10g/L) and NaOH (10-20g/L) to elute heavy metals such as copper, zinc etc. Second, by more concentrated NH4SCN (about 200g/L) and NaOH (about 5g/L) to elute completely Gold and Silver.
According to the processes selected, before being re-used, the resin may need to be treated with hydrochloric acid or caustic soda.
