D407是一种大孔苯乙烯系硝酸根选择性螯合树脂,可以从含有大量其它阴离子的溶液中选择性吸附硝酸根和亚硝酸根,吸附量大易于再生,可以广泛应用于含硝酸根/亚硝酸根饮用水、工业废水、以及城市污水的处理,以降低水中的硝酸氮。
D407 is a macroporous polystyrene-based Nitrate selective chelating resin. It selectively adsorbs Nitrate and Nitrite from water and /or waste water containing various other anions. The capacity is high and the resin can be regenerated easily. This resin is widely used for the treatments of drinking water, industrial waste water and city waste water to reduce the total Nitrogen.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
D407树脂一般单柱使用。待出水硝酸根含量超标时,用5-8%的氯化钠溶液再生树脂用量为树脂体积的2-3倍,1-1.5小时通完。然后用去离子水或清水洗至出水电导和进水电导接近即可备下次使用。
注:D407树脂的再生废液为含有硝酸根的氯化钠溶液,硝酸根的含量约为1g/L。 经过反硝化处理将硝酸根含量降至100mg/L以下,可以重复用于树脂的再生。
D407 resin is usually used in single column. The exhausted resin is regenerated by passing 2-3BV of 5-8% NaCl through the resin in 1-1.5 hours. Then wash with DI water or clean water until conductivity of the effluent close to that of the influent. Then the resin is ready for next run.
Note: The regeneration waste of D 407 resin will be NaCl solution containing about 1g/L of Nitrate. It could be reused as regenerant after that the nitrate content is reduce to less then 100mg/L by denitrification process.
