己内酰胺基本上是采取环己酮肟贝克曼重排法进行生产。经过苯萃取和水反萃后得到的己内酰胺水溶液中还含有微量的硫酸铵、色素及其它有机杂质,必须经过阴阳离子交换树脂处理。因为生产工艺和设备的特殊性,阳离子交换树脂要用硝酸再生,因此要求所用树脂必须具有较高的交换容量和机械强度以外,还必须具有良好的抗氧化性能以及抗有机物污染性能。苏青集团为此专门开发了SQ-681和SQ-742己内酰胺精制树脂,周期处理能力大,使用寿命长。
Caprolactam is now widely manufactured by acid catalysted Bechman Rearrangement of Cyclohexanone oxime. After benzene extraction and water stripping, the obtained caprolactam solution still contains little ammonium sulfate, color and other organic impurities. Must be treated with cation and anion exchange resins. Because of the special process and equipment, the cation exchange resin must be regenerated with nitric acid. So, the resins used, besides the high capacities and mechanical strength, must also have good oxidation resistance and organic fouling resistance. Based on these requirements, Suqing Group developed SQ-681 and SQ-742 resins specific for Caprolactam purification. These resins not only have high processing capacities, but also have a longer life time.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
根据己内酰胺水溶液的特性,一般是采用阴树脂→阳树脂→阴树脂三柱串联的组合模式。待处理后的水溶液超标后,阴树脂SQ-742用3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液再生,阳树脂SQ-681用3-4%的硝酸溶液再生。一般采用逆流再生方式再生效果较好。
According to the properties of Caprolactam solution, usually the anion resin → cation resin → anion resin three column connected in series mode is used. After one property of the effluent is over the required limit, the resins should be regenerated. The anion resin SQ-742 is regenerated with 3-5% NaOH. The cation resin is regenerated with 3-4% HNO3. The count-current regeneration method can usually get a better regeneration efficiency.
